We loved the scrumptious breakfast buffet with various options to choose from. My cousin and I especially enjoyed trying out different dishes each morning.

My kids wished for more flexible restaurant hours, especially since we had late evenings. It's tough for families with different schedules to dine conveniently.

Top quality place, I appreciated lovely friendly personnel.

Breakfast was wonderful, lovely views, stunning location really close to market and shopping, courtyard Chennai and Restaurant for discounts. I had neat and new-fashioned deluxe double room. The stay was wonderful!

The service here is great, and we loved the morning breakfast with delicious dosas and fresh filter coffee. We also enjoyed relaxing in the spa and treated ourselves to a nice massage . The only issue was that the breakfast area felt a bit exposed, but overall, it didn't take away from our great experience 😊

the hotel had a central position short walk to chennai, and all main hotspots like airport, malls, central station. the breakfast had a lot of options and chocolate and hot waffles were astonishing.

My experience was very different from my last stay 6 years ago

The whole hotel could do with a serious update. I felt that nothing had been improved since my last stay and this was in 2009! If you want to remain in the top flight you have to do something drastic about the whole offer of the hotel - now very dated. My room carpet was even torn and the hair dryer was FILTHY

Really good customer service stood out during our five-day family stay. The staff was helpful and attentive, our comfort throughout. Breakfast featured a good array of traditional South Indian dishes, including expertly made dosas and excellent filter coffee. On the downside, the breakfast area can get crowded during peak hours, and it would be nice to have more seating available, especially on weekends. The quality of food far surpassed typical hotel breakfast standards.

The bathroom needs renovation, better Western selection of food in the restaurant

The beautiful twin room was spacious with air conditioning, a tv, and a mini fridge. Excellent morning breakfast included freshly made dosas and strong filter coffee. Enjoyed the relaxation at the spa, with back massage and facial treatments available. Nice that they also arranged a vehicle for our trip to nearby attractions.

I was enveloped by an inviting ambiance that makes you feel right at home. My Beautiful Double Room was immaculate, complete with plush bedding and chic decor, made lounging an absolute delight! The standout feature? The breakfast buffet at Paprika, filled with a mouthwatering array of dishes like fluffy idlis and rich, aromatic filter coffee-just perfection!
